No. We specialise in full decking replacements. We do not take on isolated board repairs, loose-fixing jobs, spot treatments or standalone stair and handrail repairs. If your existing deck needs replacing, we can assess it and quote for the complete project.

Why can a quick decking repair leave problems unresolved?

Visible board damage can be a sign of deterioration underneath. Replacing a few boards will not resolve decayed joists, weakened posts, poor drainage or inadequate ventilation. A replacement project allows the underlying condition to be assessed and the necessary work included in the rebuild.

Does every damaged deck need a full replacement?

No. Localised damage on an otherwise sound deck may be repairable. Our service focuses on full replacements, so we will be clear if your enquiry falls outside that scope. Widespread deterioration, an unstable frame or repeated problems are reasons to assess whether replacement is appropriate.

Can you replace timber decking with composite?

Yes. We can quote for a full replacement in timber or composite. Composite boards need suitable support and spacing, so we assess the structure for the chosen system rather than assuming the old timber frame can be reused.

Will the frame underneath be replaced too?

We assess the existing frame and specify the structural work required for your replacement. Decayed or unsuitable supports need to be addressed before new boards are fitted. Some areas may only become visible when the old deck is removed; any resulting change to the agreed work is discussed with you.
